Job Scope

The incumbent will be responsible for implementing Risk & Compliance related policies and ensuring support to non-financial/operational risk programs. The incumbent will be also responsible for collaborating with the first line defense and escalating key relevant matters to risk committee for senior management oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper implementation of Anti-bribery & corruption and Anti-Money Laundering policy.
• Providing support to ensure compliance with Privacy and data protection policy.
• Providing support for Non-financial Risk Assessment (NFRA) program implementation, workshop preparation and execution.
• Providing support on compliance and risk related data analytics.
• Preparing, monitoring and testing plans and procedures, testing, managing issues and ensuring proper implementation of the action plans.
• Ensuring proper monitoring of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) program.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on Risk event reporting program, issue management and model risk programs.
• Monitoring and updating relevant stakeholders on risk appetite statements.
• Promoting risk culture and three lines of defense model.
• Ensuring support on regulatory change management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation/Post Graduation in business or any relevant discipline
• Candidates who are partially qualified Chartered Accountancy (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or equivalent professional designation will be preferred.
• Candidates who are Barrister in law will also be considered.

Required Experience

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry or in any multinational company will be an advantage.
